REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Lurnall Pro subscription.

FREE USAGE

You can use our core Lurnall features for free at any time. If you choose to upgrade to Lurnall Pro to unlock premium features, your payment method will be charged immediately upon upgrade.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To ensure you have time to evaluate Lurnall Pro, we offer a 7‑day refund window after your upgrade. You MAY be eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

  1. You request a refund within 7 days of upgrading to Pro
  2. Neither you, your account, nor your company has previously received a refund from Lurnall

Refunds outside this 7‑day window are generally not available, except under exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email our support team at q38480539@gmail.com with:

  1. Your registered email address
  2. Date you upgraded to Pro
  3. Subscription type (monthly or annual)
  4. Brief reason for requesting a refund

We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after the 7‑day refund window
  • Any upgrade where the account has already received a refund

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  1. No further charges will be made
  2. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  3. No partial refund will be issued for the unused portion after cancellation
  • Monthly subscriptions end on your next monthly renewal date.
  • Annual subscriptions end at the close of the 12‑month period for which you paid.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Lurnall after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
