This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Lurnall Pro subscription.

FREE TRIAL

All new Lurnall Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial period. During this trial period, you can explore our premium features at no cost and without obligation. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period, in which case your payment method will not be charged.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

If you decide to continue with a paid subscription after the free trial period and are not satisfied with our service, you MAY be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Your refund request is made within 3 days after the initial payment (following your free trial)
  2. Neither you, your account, nor your company has previously received a refund from Lurnall

We may also consider refunds for returning customers under exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at q38480539@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your registered email address
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Subscription type (monthly or annual)
  4. Reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  1. Subscription payments made after the initial 3-day period following your first payment
  2. Subscription payments from accounts that have previously received a refund

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation:

  1. No further charges will be made to your payment method
  2. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  3. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period

For monthly subscriptions, your access will continue until the next monthly renewal date.

For annual subscriptions, your access will continue until the end of the 12-month period for which you paid.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Lurnall after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
